We don't currently have an automatic importer — most chat platforms make that hard. You can recreate channels and roles in a few minutes, then drop your invite link in your old community to bring people over. Public Relay servers also get SEO-friendly pages, so new members can find you through search.

Voice and video are routed through encrypted SFU media servers, never peer-to-peer (so your IP isn't exposed to other people in voice). Auth tokens are encrypted at rest on the desktop app via the OS keychain. We don't sell data and we don't run ads.

Yes. Servers are private by default — only people with an invite can see them. You can opt in to the public directory whenever you want to be discoverable, and switch back to private at any time.
